Single Incident Terms
This support incident may be used to open one incident against any single supported version of your registered Verasoft product and is valid for 3 hours of technical time or 48 hours from the time the incident is initiated. Full terms and conditions can be found in the support agreement.
NOTE: Single Incidents are not available for use on custom Verasoft software. For more information on Custom Software support plans, please contact your representative.
