Bronze Support Terms
These support plans may be used to open support incidents against any currently supported versions of your registered Verasoft product(s) and is valid for one year from the date of purchase or until your 5/20 incidents have been used - the first of which occurs. Any unused incidents at the end of one year will expire.
If an incident is verified as a bug, the incident will be complimentary.
NOTE: Bronze and Bronze Plus Support are not available for use on custom Verasoft software. For more information on Custom Software support plans, please contact your representative.
