KORVUE’s Point-of-Sale screen is hailed by many as the best in any software. KORVUE’s Appointment screen is incredible—you have to see it to believe it (click here to schedule a free online demo). The advanced security and control system prevents even novice receptionists from scheduling appointments with providers that are not authorized or not capable of the service. It also relates rooms/stations and equipment/resources to specific services, which will prevent overbooking. Special orders can be related to services, and the system will watch the order progress and alert you if the order is not received in time. The features are virtually endless.
KORVUE has also manages agreements, contracts, questionnaires, and consents, with the Contracts and E-Forms screens. The Contract Screen allows you to create virtually any type of contract, including membership agreements with allocated services and products. The contracts are generated by KORVUE for the client to sign. The E-Forms screen is an electronic form screen. It can be used for many purposes, such as questionnaires, agreements, and even consent forms. The completed forms can be printed, or you can simply capture a digital signature.
KORVUE has extensive support for billings, collections, and promotions. The Billing Manager tracks memberships, programs, packages, and virtually any other need for recurring billing. This screen will process credit cards, adjust client accounts, and create history, typically by clicking one button per month. The Collection Engine automatically analyzes past due accounts and generates collection letters that can be printed, faxed, or e-mailed. This advanced screen can increase the severity of the letters if a client fails to respond by the date specified. The Promotion Engine gives you incredible control over promotions of any size, for virtually any group of clients or prospects.
