The notification itself is extremely powerful, as it can be sent as a fax, e-mail, or even a text message to your cell phone or instant messenger. The KEOP GID™ is a global ID that is unique to the world. It is the mediator that connects a KEOP user to clients, brokers, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, agents, freight forwarders, or anyone that is using a KEOP compatible system.
Every person, company, product, and service that is maintained within the KEOP network is assigned a GID. This helps establish a flawless tracking system to maintain the entire communications cycle.
The GID even packs a ton of personal conveniences. For example, our own Verasoft CRM supports the KEOP GID, and when you enter a contact's GID into their profile, their data is automatically in sync with GNET. Whenever they make a change to their information, whether it’s a phone number, e-mail address, or any other shared information, the Verasoft CRM automatically reflects the updated information.
