This support plan may be used to open unlimited support incidents against any single supported version of your registered Verasoft product and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Full terms and conditions can be found in the support agreement.

Silver Support Terms

Bronze Support Terms
These support plans may be used to open support incidents against any currently supported versions of your registered Verasoft product(s) and is valid for one year from the date of purchase or until your 5/20 incidents have been used - the first of which occurs. Any unused incidents at the end of one year will expire.
If an incident is verified as a bug, the incident will be complimentary.

Single Incident Terms
This support incident may be used to open one incident against any single supported version of your registered Verasoft product and is valid for 3 hours of technical time or 48 hours from the time the incident is initiated. Full terms and conditions can be found in the support agreement.

Professional Onsite Services Terms
This charge for Professional Onsite Services is daily, with a two day minimum. Monday through Friday, the charge is $2,000 per day. Saturday or Sunday, the charge is $2,500 per day. If the day is a recognized holiday, the price for that day is double the normal amount. The daily fees do not include airfare, lodging, transportation and miscellaneous expenses, which are the responsibility of the client. Full terms and conditions can be found in the support agreement.
